These are giving consent for each child and adult.  To be handed in at Registration. We need one for every child and adult taking part in the event. No waiver – No wristband. There will be a supply in registration to complete.

  • Waiver – Consent form for All Adults (18+) taking part

Please Note there is a course weight restriction of 25 Stone. If you take part and are bigger than this you do so at your own risk. Each runner will be issued with a wristband for their wave, you will need to show this at the start pens.

If you are late for your wave, we will endeavour to set you off in the nearest wave with capacity in it. We can’t guarantee which one that will be. If you are late for the last wave the ticket will be forfeit.

There are lots of challenging obstacles and lots of easy ones. You should only attempt an obstacle if you are sure you are confident in your ability to complete it safely.

There is a dry route for every water obstacle… well fairly dry.

Please note that BOTH  Water Slides require a SWIM of at least 5 meters.

Also, we suggest you do not drink the water in the water obstacles, this can contain levels of bacteria and can contain sewage.

Before the race cover all cuts, scratches and sores with a waterproof plaster.
After the race always wash you hands thoroughly remember happy birthday x2 before eating anything.

Clean any cut you have picked up on the course. Don’t forget to get all your kit washed in detergent.

There are photographers on the course, be sure to smile. The photos will be published on their own sites after the event for Free.

The organisers reserve the right to close the course or an obstacle at any time.

There are no hot showers on site but an area with the facility to lightly wash off the worst of the mud is provided. We suggest you take plenty of wet wipes and bags for wet gear and a nice dry set of clothes and even a cuddly dressing gown or dry robe to keep warm after the race.

If you are a charity and would like a stall in the event Village please email the team on armudgeddon@newboldscouts.com

For group booking of more than 8 please contact Tony on 07813 522168 or gsl@newboldscouts.com
